How do we count our anonymity rating?
You PC anonymity rating allows to quickly show all the vulnerabilities and flaws in your defenses. We divide these flaws into three approximate groups: serious, moderate, and minor.
The serious flaws group consists of unmistakable efforts on your part to hide or change your actual IP address or its leak. You may reveal yourself due to bad anonymity techniques or their inaccurate usage. It does not always mean that someone will surely know your IP, but it means that there is at least a reason to track you and try to know it. This group consists of Tor, anonymizers, proxies, WebRTC leaks, and DNS differences.
The moderate flaws group involves indirect signals that do not reveal univocal efforts on your part to hide yourself, but they are alarming. These are various browser heading, local time difference between your city and your system, language difference between your region and your system. It allows to know with a high degree of probability that you are trying to hide your actual location.
The minor flaws group consists of issues that are worth your attention and fixing: blacklisting your IP address, using plugins that are essentially separate applications which may trigger data leakage (Flash, Java, ActiveX), and deactivated DoNotTrack browser option which prevents websites from tracking you.
Upon detecting any of these anonymity leaks, your system will penalize you with:
30 points for using Tor, anonymizers, proxies, and DNS server differences
20 points for differences in the system time, language, and browser headings
10 points for using plugins Flash, Java, ActiveX, blacklisting your IP, detected proxy ports
5 points for disabled DoNotTrack
The formula with a 0.75-0.1 coefficient highlights the importance of a problem or its complex nature in case of several leaks.
Thanx for this great Article.. ^^ ur site is best for checking how secure we are from trackers…

On your color scale of anonymity at top right where it shows anonymity percentage and color, which color and % is better? Is an anonymity rating of 51% colored in red better or worse than a rating of 61% colored in orange? In other words, if I were to get a rating of 100%, would that mean I am completely anonymous or not at all anonymous?
There are several options of anonymity we consider at our site. If you have 100% rating – it’s good. But there are some other options which can be causes of information leak. We’re going to add them to the site soon.
Well, I find it funny that the use of 3 different languages in the browser makes you suspect I am concealing my IP. No, it’s my true IP and location that is showing. (Or do I get the minus for the system clock being a few minutes slow? :P) For a translator, it’s normal to live a multilingual life not only online …
Is there anyway to hide the system time?
Yes, you can diasble JavaScript. Read about it here.
If you’re using firefox you can spoof it using random agent spoofer
Pls how do I disable Java on my android phone.
Do you mean Java or Javascript?
Hello,
when will bannerbombproxy.github.io check for IPv6 anonymity? When IPv6 is enabled, bannerbombproxy.github.io doesn’t detect it nor warns which could bring users in uncomfortable situations who really depends on a proper network configuration. This issue could get worse in the future because IPv6 is growing and the first anonymity services already started to roll out IPv6. The second problem: proper anonymous IPv6 is a little more compliciated to set up because there is a considerable chance to have the unmasked public IPv6 attached to the local network interface which could get leaked by poorly configured browsers and proprietary software. I think this issue should be addressed too.
We are going to do it.
Me try again and again but ip adrees not same . me so worried 60% chane

Hi,
I’m getting this message and only 70% anon…
Languages different: The language set in your system and/or browser differs from the language of your IP address country. You are possibly trying to hide yourself by anonymity means.
I have changed the system languages to US (I think), changed the clock etc but still getting this…
How do i set the browser language (Firefox) and the system in case i have missed something?
Do you have a link to a page or step by step instructions for what i might be missing please? I’m on Windows 10.
Thanks in advance
I want to be in USA, i’m in UK
Try to restart your browser
How can i improve my anonymity to 100%?
You should follow our recommendations
How do i change my anonymity from 65% to 95%
Click “Your anonymity 65%” nd you will see your leaks.
My anonymity level was 80%, then I disabled all that was asked to be disabled, but now the Anonymity is saying N/A. And when I wanted to send message to you guys the system said that i should enable my java in other to be other to send the message. Please help.

Set correct timezone and PC time. Then restart your browser
av tried all i could, am in west Africa, what other method?
what should my timezone be set to? Central America or what idea u got for me?
Thank you for this excellent site. I’m so easily confused; why do I test 100 percent not using anything, but as I add VPN, the score drops into the red?(40%)
Click to 40% and you’ll see your leaks
i just wanna know if it’s advice able to use VPN for payments system after deactivating and blocking some plugins I get 70% anonymity, leaving the 30% to system and Internet time difference, is it ideal to use VPN For payment system in the absence of socks5/proxy?
Yes, 70% are enough

i really can’t wait for your VPN service to released, your doing a great work for us, many of us are just doing shit thinking we it, now, see how ur aticles av really shown us what’s missing…thanks a lot
it say that i have two ip adresses and i dont know how to fix this
It says my language don’t match, which is weird because I checked and both browser and computer settings are set to [en-us]
And what about your ip address? Is it from USA?
Dear Mr Whoer
Thank you for this excellent site. I’m so easily confused; why do I test 100 percent not using anything, but as I add VPN, TOR, the score drops into the red?
Seems bass ackward to me. @_@
Using a vpn, tor, etc. you become suspicious to our sistem and it shows this fact.
I am at 100% anon, but the problem is my local time says EDT but system time says EST. Without it the zones matching I am unable to do what I want to do. So is there anyway I can let both my system and local time say EDT? I am also using vpn, then vmware, input socks 5 in firefox. I am also aware that it is java script that is leaking my zone, but I need it to surf websites. Plz help
“The language set in your system and/or browser differs from the language of your IP address country. You are possibly trying to hide yourself by anonymity means.” , Pls tell me how to resolve :((
